Shipping Information
European Orders
Due to Brexit, orders placed for delivery within the EU may incur additional customs duties as of January 1, 2021. These fees, calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination country, will be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment reaches your country’s border.
Important Notes:
- If customs duties are unpaid and the package is refused, a handling fee equal to the postage cost will apply.
- Double-check your customs invoice to ensure all items are accurately listed before making payment.

International Orders
For non-UK orders, separate customs fees may apply. These charges, determined by the destination country, will be notified by the courier at the border. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these costs beforehand.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Notify us in writing at orders@piaes.com and follow our Returns Policy for further instructions.
Common Reasons for Order Cancellation
Occasionally, orders may be canceled due to:
- Item availability issues.
- Payment processing difficulties.
- Invalid shipping address.
- Duplicate or suspicious orders.

Returns & Refunds
For exchanges, refunds, or returns, refer to our Exchanges & Returns Policy. Faulty or misrepresented items will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. Returned goods should be sent via insured, trackable delivery.
