Returns & Exchange Policy
General Stipulations:
- Sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Discounts or sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively to items previously purchased.
- Returned items must be unworn, in resellable condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to return items to the sender if these conditions are not met.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items may be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- For pre-order items, returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day your order is received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using recorded delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Piaes is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Inspections:
All returns are inspected upon arrival at our fulfillment center. If an item is found to be damaged, dirty, or not in resellable condition, it will be returned to the customer. Our team may review these cases on an individual basis, but this process may delay any potential refunds. - Exchanges:
- Exchanges are processed without additional shipping fees for the replacement item.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 14 working days for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds will cover the cost of the item only and exclude original shipping fees. Once processed, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies. -
Receipt Retention:
Retain proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed. Responsibility for the return remains with the customer until it reaches us.
EU & International Customers
For customers outside the UK:
- You may incur customs fees when returning items to us. These fees, along with postage costs, are the full responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged before wear.
- Be sure to clearly label the return as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
