CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes. To return an item, register it through our online returns portal.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Once approved, we will process the refund.

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £250.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail for UK orders.
For international orders, we use DHL and FedEx.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY?

• EU orders are sent with duties paid, meaning no extra charges.
• For orders outside the UK, customs inspections may apply, and duties may be
  charged.
• We always provide the correct paperwork, but import fees are the customer’s
  responsibility.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

• Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
• However, you can return the order once received, following our return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges or size swaps of the same product.
